Pippo’s house has two separate and independent apartaments.
The main building has a large hall with fireplace and dining room at ground floor.

There is also a masonry kitchen and a characteristic stone tavern.
The electrical household appliance’s equipment is full, with oven, microwaves, express coffee machine, washer,dishwasher, refrigerator, and all you need in the kitchen.

In the upper floor there are three bedrooms, the first one with the bathroom inside. The second bathroom,with hot tube and double washbasins, is between the other two rooms.

The two apartaments have separate entrance and separate heather.

The second apartament has a king size bedroom, private bathroom, private kitchen, and a dining room with fireplace, where is possible to add, if you need, a two people divan bed.
 Both have also phone and satellite tv. In the first one you can use a personal computer with internet access and if you need you have a fax number..

From the characteristic stone terrace it’s possible to admire the garden and a wonderful view of Arezzo’s town.
